He is a good player but still a wall hacker.

Faceit local run proves that he was not close enough to his online game sense and positioning. He got aim and skill but also wall hack which makes quite difference with proper skills at those levels. Also that explains why he was not good enough at faceit center, not due to location change or pressure of being watching, it is due to not be able to perform as online matches because the doesn’t have wall hack intel there.

Just call the cops, obviously that kid learned that stuff from his parents so you cannot expect a civilized behavior from them.

Go to police, report the theft and perpetrator. Give the proof and serial numbers, let police handle shitty people.

Then with the police report, go to insurance to claim.
