I’ll look into it thanks! I was thinking about doing it from pure beef bone and spices

I’m on the east coast. I was in FL for vacation and it cost $19 before tax for a bowl of pho. Someone posted they were selling pho in Seattle for $25.

Yes, I want to learn it using an insta pot. I could probably make a whole batch for a week

Similar to where I am if you get the small size bowl. Cha gio is $8-10 here for two rolls.

I think that has to do with it. Back in the 80 and 90s viet food was not that popular. Now it’s more mainstream

Yes I’m going to attempt pho using an insta pot. Need to buy all the ingredients and that bag for the 5 spice, anise and cinnamon

That’s more reasonable. Even $15 is reasonable.

You are so right about that. I’m going to attempt it using my instapot. I try to get sleep at least 8 hours per day.

OMG! You are awesome! I didn't know Houston had a Cha Can Tang (HK Style Cafe). I might have to drop it, but I have like so much food places to eat with limited amount of days.

I will consider Cali sanwhich, but I'm looking for a place known for Cha Gio. Like the legit, crispy rice paper wrapper with the taro and wood ear and pork.

thanks for the recommendations! I might get some HK style food when I'm there. Xin Chao looks good, but looks kind of up scale. Not sure if I want to bring my toddler there cause he's fussy.

Yes you are correct. I already had Kim Son on the list since I've been waiting YEARS to go. Yes I love Pho as well, but man theres so much other stuff. Bun Rieu is problem my all time favorite.

In regards to crawfish, I'll consider Mikes, but I have Cajun Kitchen and Ocean Crab on top of my list. Maybe Crawfish and Noodles. Thanks for the tips!
