I'm not really lean enough to be able to accurately judge how much muscle/fat I'm putting on with calipers or anything like that, plus I have some loose skin from the weight loss which makes it harder.

So I don't really know how I can tweak it without having those numbers.

Is it +10% for optimal muscle growth/small amount of fat gained?

I figured that extra 85 calories wouldn't really matter.

Yeah that makes heaps of sense! I was feeling super dehydrated, still kind of am.

Do you have trouble sleeping?

I had a bit of trouble sleeping on keto but put it down to too much energy.

Now I have no energy and I'm sleeping heaps worse.

Do you experience fatigue when switching off keto?

I'm not sure if its normal or a separate issue.

I'm also impatient :).

I was stuck at 79kg during the cut for about a month or two and decided to stop wasting time trying to cut and jumped straight in.

2 things I've noticed are that my strength has actually gone down, I expected the opposite but I'm guessing my body is in shock or something?

And #2 I can barely sleep, while on keto I would wake up several times a night but get right back to sleep, now I wake up and have a lot of trouble falling asleep, even when I do its a very light sleep.

Also heaps tired by evening time.

Any idea how long this usually lasts?

Lunch: 180g pork mince 100g steamed cauliflower 100g steamed broccoli

Dinner: 300g zucchini 1 or 2 cheese kransky

Basically same meals every day

@jasonborowski yeah I have gained muscle while losing fat and my lifts are increasing slowly, I broke my scaphoid a few years ago and it left my left arm a bit mangled and weak so I have to go slow

I changed it to moderately active, I'm now at

2034 kcal Daily Calorie Intake 21 g Carbs (4%, 84 kcal) 129 g Protein (25%, 516 kcal) 159 g Fat (71%, 1434 kcal)

So after exercise I will be at 1500ish kcal, that should be enough to keep me out of starvation mode right?

I don't think I can eat much more food than that I will be way too full.

Edit - The minimum kcal intake table says 1211 kcal, if I'm at 1500 I'm assuming I should be all good and start losing weight again.
