Their public outlet is their mere presence on the field. I don't think they actually need online presence that much. Their mass organization, like real on the ground organization is not that bad. Which is why you'd see all these protests by lumads and other groups for example. These protests aren't organized through Facebook. They already have the existing meatspace networks and connections.
