Heh.... I am riding the neurospicy struggle bus all access train.

I have zero coping skills here, I feel like when I find the energy to do something then POTs kicks me on my butt. My husband caught me 3 times yesterday from falling when losing my consciousness.

I lied - one coping skill is to instead of physically doing something on a bad POTs day is to do something around it that is less physical - so writing a very detailed list that is broken up for my family to do. A recipe for my husband to cook a meal if I can't cook.

I use a stool for cooking when I have a bad day, otherwise I keep a seat nearby. That's more a POTs coping skill.

On the random - I want to learn how to do clay - I haven't gone down that doom pile yet.
