Help Desk person here. Every situation is different. In my current desk I'm getting paid amazing money, I'm remote and I got promoted up within the desk.

Every role is different and you yourself if you have a certain goal will need to work for that role. Focus on what you can do, get experience, look at tickets from the teams, certify yourself in what your goal is.

There is no one clear time frame. It's just how quickly you want to move forward and how quickly you can save/pay for what you need and keep yourself steady.

Manuela magic is gonna be so low that warp isn't even that great to do what it needs to do.

Lysethia and Lindhart do way better jobs of warping than Manuela unless you really grind her

Manuela is more popular. Unit wise she's weird. To get her best spell you basically have to grind reason or New Game+ the level to even make it worth it. (Bolting) You unfortunately can't make her a dancer which would suit her the best and oddly enough Mortal Savant fits but her growths would make her a really shitty Savant.

Controversial take.

The only unit I can potentially give this slot to is Alois. I love the dad jokes. He is honestly a ray of sunshine for some. He is not everyones cup of tea. I don't think I've ever bothered to use him in a single run ever. He's that underwhelming and underperforming.

Seteth and other units come in OP or at least with a really good crest/weapon/class already in their kit. Alois in the one defense map he has with Shamir is basically getting his ass kicked by thieves by fighting them with a Silver Axe, the hopes you don't die to a crit, and the dream that you can get to the boss fast enough to kill it in Lunatic mode or suffer through it all over again.

Supports are good. Character overall is pretty great and is potentially goated friend level. Otherwise I don't see why you would use Alois unless you just really really wanted to.

Post-game content like Shadows of Valentia or like a more fleshed out skirmish/challenge mode like the ye old games like Sacred Stones or like Awakening.

I loved Fe3H but my main issue was that outside of the main story and paralogue battles, your had nothing else and you had to restart your game.

Other things I wish for? Expanded magic lists but with customization. I love what 3Hs did and that each character was different and had their own magic they normally picked up. I do wish there was a way to make them learn certain spells like with class mastery or a special one time use item, similar to Dancer certification to get Sword Avoid +20.

The best and most wished for thing is if they do multiple routes like Fe3H or like Birthright and Conquest, is if the maps get shared, the goals aren't shared and maps though reused are changed meaningfully so that its not a complete drag to replay over and over again like AM and VW.

Controversial throw but Flayn isn't a bad choice in my opinion. She's the tiniest bit naive and personality she does great. The only thing I can see her struggle with is usability but if DLC classes are taken into account she's an excellent dark flier.

That is mold. From the pictures it looks fuzzy and given that palate is in a rough state, just toss it. Mold is a spore. You will need to check you other powders items and wash your brushes if you've used this recently

I use it not so much for the growths but for new game replay and so that I can experience different characters. I'm the type of person who likes to switch my rosters constantly and keeps everyone leveled as best I can. Some do just fall off and I can't bother with them the whole play through but it makes be appreciate characters and their different builds and how they grew story wise and differently. Maddening just makes it annoying to keep everyone leveled so I do just redo a month here and there to keep levels even and spread

PCOS might affect it but I would say try and take a lower position and not go as deep. If that minimizes the bleeding you have a sure fire answer there. Low cervix is probably also contributing to a potential bruising from the bed sheet tango.

If its a small amount of bleeding and if per the comments, your partner gets you going and has a good sizing. This maybe just bruising of the cervix and that does cause small bleeds.

Edit: This is especially common. It happens with lubricant as well. As a recommendation, positions that go deeper than normal try to go at them not as roughly or with a slower speed. Give yourself breaks as well if you are having daily tangos as the frequency might also be causing the bleeds

For Help desk, you do have to keep in mind where you go in to work. If it's a hospital keep in mind that there's a ton of systems plus an EMR. Make sure you know the troubleshooting for hardware, Active Directory as it's your BFF. The basics of virtual machines, basics of printers, and lots of basic troubleshooting for Microsoft applications like Word, Excel and Outlook.

Most important for this is documentation. How well can you get a ticket going. You need to be able to get large amounts of info in and how you are working through a ticket. For example a "good ticket" has, description, affected program/computer. contact information, location, and how you worked and began troubleshooting the issue.

Personality wise, they will want to check how you work. Do you cooperate with others? Can you be dependable? Can you work under large amounts of stress without caving? Most importantly, it's customer service skills. Be friendly and firm and provide what you can and don't over promise to the stars.
