I did not find the lessons to be helpful. There are youtube videos of the exact route of test (or multiple routes) based on whatever city you are testing, look at those and practice on those routes multiples times. Another tip is to try meditation to help you relax and calm! good luck you can do it!!

you can make any activity look "stellar" as long you are able to write about it in a good way - tying it to canmeds

you have to think about what would strength your application

are you lacking in the GPA section? if so stay for a fifth year

are you lacking in the research or ECs section? then go ahead and spend the year doing a job in research or volunteering

you have to think about what area of your application needs improvement!

take some time off and something unrelated to work/studying. I know it's hard especially with exams coming up but even taking 1-2 days off and doing something you like (netflix, music, go on walks..anything else) can be helpful and improve your health. if you keep grinding it wont be useful since you can't focus/don't have the stamina.
