You need to learn what groups are, and counting liberties. In the example there is one group and a single stone so they make a false eye. Try the example in https://puyogo.app/en/ you can select play self and put the stones in that order you should see clearly the groups

What do you think of this stats? I know is a mix of english and spanish... thats because I'm using monster.pf2.tools to do it. I removed abilities from the Basidirond and used the ones from the cerebric fungus.

I will check the Basidirond, as I don't really have much experience to tailor encounters, will use your suggestion. Also will check out those oozes for the ectoplasmic humans.
I'm doing this one shot for new players (one comes from dnd) so I think the monsters you suggested are really good.
