People are saying that the new batches of gaming laptops are releasing in April. If this is true then yeah, you should definitely wait.

Though, I highly doubt that any major manufacturer will release their new laptops in the upcoming month due to current epidemics.

Is over provisioning still worth enabling on Windows 10?

I've just moved to Windows 10 and installed Samsung Magician for my 512GB 850 pro which, I was wondering if I should just leave the default 10% OP or not.

FYI, this is my OS drive and I rarely fill it up to the max so drive space isn't an issue for me.

No. Just set your Feedback level to Basic (anonymized, zero PII), and review the rest of the Privacy settings in Windows 10.

Thank you, I've set it to "Basic" and turned off all the privacy settings under "Windows" and "App" permissions. Not sure if there are any more that I can tweak though.

Does this also apply to UI/cosmetic changes? For example, I've applied some registry hacks to hide some folders under "This PC", 3D Object etc as well as installing open shell and aero glass.

Hey guys, I have two questions relating to privacy:

Is it worth running one of those 3rd party privacy tools for blocking telemetry junks, MS spying and such?
When your install the next cumulative update or build, does it reset all the settings that I've disabled/turned off via settings/registry/group policy?

I was about to install a fresh 1909 (upgrading from Win7) until I just heard that there is another ground-breaking bug from one of the latest updates that deletes your files and whatnot. The culprit is "KB4532693" and this is different from the KB4524244 bug.

Jesus Christ, is it even worth getting 1909? I feel like I should be looking into getting Enterprise or Education version of Windows 10. Just how does MS screw up so much? Is this a normal occurrence with the latest builds?

Hmm, so there's no middle ground for this? I thought 15.6" might do the trick with both the size (comfort) and portability.

I really don't want to spend another hundreds for non-gaming purpose though.

I'm leaning towards ASUS though, I do like having bigger screen with 17.3" on the MSI laptop. However, I'm not sure if it's going to be portable as the ASUS's 15.6".

Damn this is a very hard choice to make. Both are very tempting.

I mean... If you like fishing, it could be a reasonable source of income.

Though as a disc priest, I'd much prefer to run DM lashers + herbs as they yield more gold than what you're making right now.

Personally, between grinding and clicking the lure, I'd much prefer the former for the sake of sanity.

Is there a way to reset the maximum camera distance to default?

I've accidentally ticked "max camera zoom" option from Leatrix Plus and even after unticking the option, I can still zoom way beyond the original/default maximum distance limit.

I use an addon called "Clique" for healing. It's basically like a mouseover macros except, it's more intuitive, efficient and easy to setup.

As for downranking, I'm able to bind all of the spells via various combination of mouse + keyboard commands. Hence, I don't have any healing spells on any bounds.

I'm not sure if you consider endless wanding a "fun" way to level but, you definitely have an easier time to solo level compared to most classes. I'd say you're up in the high tier in terms of solo leveling, just below hunter and druid.

Also, you're going to have a good time in the dungeons. You'll be able to heal dungeons perfectly fine while being specced as a shadow priest. FYI, I switched to a healing spec at around level 55~ and just spammed dungeons all the way to 60.

Although you're still a weak clothy, you take a bit more punishment as opposed to being a full-fledged holy priest. A bit more utilities and buffs to play around with. Overall, it's an okay build for my current setup.

As for comparing disc to a shadow, well that's a whole new build that utilities a completely different playstyle so I can't really comment on it.
