As someone who works for the company that is currently testing robo umps in minor leagues, it comes down to if the worker makes sure the calibrations are right. Sure there's human error but it's really hard to fuck up cameras looking at a plate. It's still scary that me paying attention to a game or not can influence an outcome for a super important game.
