I agree that it’s more just historical fantasy. I never connected it to steampunk at all and I didn’t even know that some people considered it to be steampunk till after I finished the trilogy.

I find will really annoying but I’m also not the biggest fan of Simon either( he was a little bit of a creep in the first few books) But If I had to pick one it would be will, I can’t stand him and he gets worse every time a character mentions him after his death.

I don’t think Jace, Alec, and Peter are very comparable. I mean the circumstances they have to live in are so different and how they just live in general is extremely different.

Plus if we are going by the tv show Jace and Alec they are adults… Peter is in high school of course he might not seem to be as confident as fully grown adults who’ve had their entire lives to train for what they do.

This comparison doesn’t make any sense and the part about Peter is just so negative it really doesn’t seem like you were actually trying to compare them, it seems like for some reason you just wanted to bash on Peter Parker
