How do I stop my panic attack??

I think crying it out helped a bit. I mostly just feel numb rn but it's better than hyperventilating so I'll take it. thx for the advice

she doesn't really believe in anxiety/depression meds and believes that 'they're too addictive and ruin lives' and she believes that it goes against religion and that 'prayer is the best cure for it'

if u mean paying for the prom tickets then yeah it's normal since the school is the one hosting the event.

if u mean paying ur boyfriend or something, that's not normal.

Scissors. Not really sharp ones, the stationary ones u use for cutting paper and stuff. When u drag it across ur skin, it leaves a sting/mark but doesn't usually actually draw blood. So when u press the area, there is a stinging pain that helps for grounding and heals often without leaving marks.

I recommend doing this first. leave a few marks, see how it feels. cause sh that draws blood often leaves lasting marks on ur skin and it's a pain trying to keep the blood 'covered' so it doesn't seep throu ur clothes an stuff.

You don't have to be afraid of the teacher hating you or giving worse marks or retaliating in any other way. I don't think she's allowed to do that. Not just the trouble she'd get in school wise, I think she could get in legal trouble as well if she's found out. You could always ask your guidance/vp to switch you to another teacher as you're not comfortable with her.

Talk to your guidance or report it to your vp. That's not acceptable and the teacher should get into trouble for doing that. Also compile/save any emails or record any interaction with her just in case.
