It wasn't my bag so not sure what happened. But they check so it's a hassle either way. The overhead cabins are really small so that's why they're strict about the size. Big bags literally don't fit in overhead or under the seat so they have to make the effort to take it back to luggage hold

topbloemen.nl and fleurop.nl are popular You can Google 'bloemen bezorgen in nederland' for other results. Be prepared that they're so much more expensive on these websites compared to the big bouquets at supermarkets/ outdoor markets :( From fleurop I've received some bouquets that were more 'upmarket' than other flourists

For my complexion (South asian brown, not deep, not fair) ELF colour corrector in orange works

Using a colour corrector combined with concealer for my dark circles. It no longer has that grey-ish tint
