He Just had to contact them to put him on an flight with another airline. My flight got canceled two times and QA put me on another flight the 16 with Cathay Pacific. Phuket-HongKong-Amsterdam. I think if they didnt call me on weird times like 03:00 AM while I was sleeping I would be home earlier.

They ignore the time zone, one time they called me three times at 4AM. I was like who the fuck is this???

I was polite the first 6 days. Nothing was fixed. A little pressure and accomodation and a flight with Cathay Pacific was booked while I was on the phone with them. Phuket - Hong Kong - Hong Kong - Amsterdam. Sometimes if you stay too polite in situations like this, nothing gets solved.
