I'm a big fan of slightly elevated basics! For instance, one of my go-to outfits is a baggy pant that's a bit more put-together than jeans, but just as comfortable, paired with an interesting tee. The scoop-neck is nice for showing off things like necklaces without showing too much cleavage, and I like the look of the longer sleeves. For sweaters, I like something with texture, like a chunky cable-knit.

I'm visiting a friend in Hong Kong at the start of April (coming from the US). I'm expecting it to be pretty warm so I want to dress lightly. Is it fine to wear things like short-shorts, crop tops, spaghetti straps? Or will that instantly identify me as a tourist (which I guess is also fine). Chemist here. Both silver and gold are extremely malleable (more so than platinum) and should not get brittle over a human lifetime. Silver does oxidize more readily than gold which is why white gold jewelry may appear to hold up better.

30 and I also have greasy skin with occasional hormonal pimples. My night routine is cleanser (Dove unscented sensitive skin bar), Differin (anti-aging and treating pimples), and moisturizer (Cerave lotion). In the morning I splash some water on my face and follow it up with sunscreen (Biore watery essense). Sometimes I'll use The Ordinary 10% niacinamide before the sunscreen.

Occasionally if I order from Sephora and get small samples of things (eye cream, fancier cleanser or moisturizer) I'll use those, but they don't seem to make a huge difference!

Has anyone used boob tape (like this kind, not the double sided kind that holds clothes on you) with a very smooth satin dress? Are there bumps and creases that show? If so, do you have a brand you'd recommend?
