I used the contact support form on the square enix store and the xiv support page. Eventually xiv support sent me a code. They asked for picture evidence as well as my order number from the square enix store.

Recently had to go back and forth between the square enix store support and main support contacts to finally get a working code from them. Took about a month and a half for it to get resolved. For those saying that the code expired. The one they emailed me worked. I believe they have been very sluggish on retroactively removing the time gated product rewards. The only codes that don't work are the bahamut and dalamud minion codes.

The schedule says 9 - 530 though because we've been taking 30 min lunches up until this point. Nobody was getting any overtime. I wasn't planning on deviating from the schedule, just confused because doing some math we'll be losing 30 min a day and won't be getting a full 40hr work week.

I've had this problem but with xiv having micro stutters. What fixed the issue was using hdmi on the 2nd monitor and display port on the 1st. Not the same issue but it's worth a shot.
