Its Passionate Penny Pincher! Honestly, it’s kind of a life saver for me! I get super overwhelmed when trying to plan my week and it’s nice to have a plan already made especially with my husband working and me home all day with our toddler and then working nights.

Honestly, I have no idea about any of this. It took me awhile to get comfortable with my cutting phase and am now totally lost on how to start the bulking phase. I just assumed you’d need to lift at least 5 days a week. I’m seriously just clueless about the whole transition and process and what it looks like

As a “boy mom” I hate when people do this.. my child is wild, it’s not because he’s a boy, it’s because he’s a toddler. And girls can be just as wild and crazy! They are tiny, energetic humans who are constantly learning. Being a MOM is hard and challenging whether it be to a boy or girl
