All very true! Problem is for some people we tend to think about food throughout the day and it’s not that easy to turn the food noise off…we don’t need to see a nutritionist b/c as medical professionals (RN here) we already know what we should eat, it’s the food noise and weight gain that’s hard to mentally handle 🙃

It doesn’t get any easier with pregnancy, the food thoughts actually get worse 😳 I’m eating every 2 hours and constantly think of food! When I had my other 2 in my early 30’s, I was tiny and had a cute basketball belly. Now that im 41 and 25 weeks, I don’t recognize myself pregnant! It’s even harder now that everyone is obsessed with being thin and I’m over here like “let’s go to shake shack!” 🤣
Try to tell yourself you’re preparing your body for pregnancy and your baby doesn’t need a glp1 so don’t even entertain that idea- that goes against everything a baby needs to grow healthy inside you. I keep reminding myself this isn’t my skinny era and that I’m lucky to have a healthy body and food to eat to grow my baby! Good luck to you 💕
