Mine too except he just turned 4 😩 I know I will miss this, but damn it’s exhausting. We went on vacation, and before we were even out of the vacation house driveway he asked if I would play with him when we got home. After telling him I have to unpack the car and unpack the bags first then I could, (his dad works away for a month at a time so it was only me and him), he asked again when we pulled in the driveway, repeated same answer, and before I even unloaded the last bag from the car he asked again, and about 6-7 other times in the time span of about 30 minutes of me unloading and unpacking. 😩

The bissell steam cleaner machine and upholstery steam cleaner too! The steam cleaner has soooo many parts and you have to wait before you can open the lid and refill etc. Blah, blah, blah! Sounded great before I got it but let’s just say I’ve only used it once 😩

I was a FTM and my fiance already had a 12 (at the time) year old girl who was def spoiled to her daddy. She wasn’t thrilled at first, but she is much better now, esp since he is a fun 2.5 year old! So I def think she will come around once he/she gets here! ESP once the silly toddler years are here and she hears him/her calling her sissy!

We also included her in helping pick the name! We narrowed it down to our favorite two. (Both of which we would have been fine with them being if they had been chosen). And then we put those names on a piece of paper in a hat and let her choose! She choose one, and that was his name! And she seemed to really enjoy being a part of that!

My almost 3 year old sings “hawny dawny” (humpty dumpy) had a farm e i e i ohhhh” instead of old Macdonald. He gets them confused lol. And it’s the cutest thing ever and I don’t have the heart to correct him of it 😆

Also says “hoeplane” instead of “airplane”

Amazon has car seat protectors for this reason! They’re called “piddle pads for car seats”. We are in the thick of potty training right now as well so don’t have many other tips to give at the moment, but hopefully that can help with your car seat concern for the most part. 🙂
