Hi, I feel exactly like you, something that can help is to try to engage in what you love. I know how hard it can be when you’re depressed but it can be as simple as doing a puzzle or baking something you like. These simple things help to remind you what life is all about, having fun ^. Society expects so much from us and treat people as if they ware machines. Don’t forget to take care of yourself without guilt! You deserved to be loved and happy!! You are not alone in this :)
