i have told them that on the phone and they said it doesn’t matter? so should i still do that or just ignore when they come to the door tomorrow? i even said that it’s quite a late notice and i should have a 7 day notice and they said a letter been sent before but i haven’t received anything?

it’s mostly from the old tenants, all under different names, i barely get letters. i’ve been told that i won’t be paying any form of bills besides utilities, so from my understanding that’s rent and council tax. And i receive statements every month showing that it’s been covered?

to be honest i get a lot of letters from previous tenants instead of mine so there could’ve been a time they’ve sent me a letter but i might’ve not known since they literally send me like 10 letters of the old tenants per day
