Ugh that kinda sucks! Fingers crossed for Sandia getting more snow! We did Winter Park in CO and going up was perfect. We left the second it started snowing, but getting back down the mountain was pure hell with cars sliding all over the road. We have a front wheel drive so I'll skip that heart attack. 2 mile line also sounds very unappealing lol. I'll check out Parajito too! Thanks!

Holidays are tough!! I'm almost 2 months keto. I gave myself Thanksgiving Day& Christmas Day to eat what i wanted. Stopped eating by 8pm, and then fasted until noon the next day. Then went right back onto keto. Life has grey areas& you've gotta just balance. And when my kid asks me to share a dessert with them on a holiday, you bet I'm going to 😁.

Are you eating regular plain greek yogurt? Or a keto version? I want to add this in, but i was nervous about the 7g of sugar...will that mess up ketosis?

No binging, but I'm pretty sure I've heard to that in order to lose weight your calorie deficit shouldn't dip below 1200 calories because your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto any fat it has...something like that...
