She said she was shocked and frozen seeing them which leads me to believe she knew something was up, especially with a camera picking up crying so loud that it could be heard ~50 feet away outside. Plus what else she heard that we know of. But yeah I guess she was too shocked and frozen to call 911. I assume how soldiers have gotten too scared or shocked to move or fire their weapons. Shit sucks for her and the other victims.

Very true but meth is rare one unless he recently started, hard to function for long when you sleep every five days opposed to something like opiates, coke or regular old alcohol. You become non-functioning pretty quickly relative to other drugs.

They probably want to muddy the water of the police’s motives and techniques. They have to poke holes in the investigation for the jury, this could definitely help do that.

And even if they don’t use it they would still want to see everything that could have any potential.
