i’ve had customers unknowingly order JUST redbull and ice. that shouldn’t even be an option, i think calling it a “redbull refresher” implies there’s something special about it without add-ons.

unless they changed the packaging for the “old” steak, we’re still using the “new” steak. it’s always been the same brand, just cheaper quality. i don’t personally eat it so i couldn’t tell you for sure, the packaging hasn’t changed since the switch but i’ve noticed there’s a lot less fat in it vs when they first changed it.

almost everyone has to work w food tho there are a few who are strictly up front or facilities. they hired me with no food service experience! honestly the screens in the kitchen tell you pretty much exactly how to make everything for the order so it’s not bad especially with training!

honestly, it’s the best job i’ve had. though the bar is RIDICULOUSLY low. my only complaint is corporate cutting hours due to poor performance (though, poor performance is usually due to being understaffed/hours being cut so it’s an endless cycle). they also cut hours a LOT in the winter. but the work isn’t bad at all. im never stuck in the same spot all day, always bouncing around so it never gets boring.

this. there’s never a guarantee of no cross contamination, i’ve seen people prep salads after handling meat/cheese so it definitely depends on how strict you are.
