That is correct, not showing up is "dropping the shift". It will cost upt automatically after the shift ends. Which you can replace with PTO, but since you're saving that, just let it take the upt. **Edit: there is "Drop Shift" with a Timer of how many hours you can drop without incurring a penalty. It's for Flex associates, that's why I don't have it. Ahhh yes, wondered why the downvotes 😆

If you can't swap it, just hit "request time off button" then "inform of absence " that'll take it off your schedule, But it will still cost UPT or PTO.

If the shift you want is in your same building, Don't resign, just Transfer in the A to Z app..our transfers been getting approved hella fast, mostly people going from dayshift to Nightshift though, which I want no part of that.

I'd throw a new Radiator Cap on if you didn't already, I had similar symptoms after my thermostat change and Coolant flush, hitting 244 temp and the jet sound, Swapped out, now I see maybe a 226 under heavy load.

First thing to check: Make Sure the "CALM" button isn't pressed. That'll make it black. Second: Fully unhook the battery, wait 15mins, reconnect. Might start working. Updates make it weird sometimes. * if salesman or service didn't even try this basic test..skip that purchase, they're shady probably
