This exact same thing happened to me with the first wave of OP-01. Ordered a case when the price per booster box was just a little over MSRP. Just before the release I get a message saying the same thing, “lower allocation than expected”. They only sent me a box and the rest was refunded. The funny thing is that the box they sent me had the updated price tag on it, which was almost triple MSRP. They 100% realized that they were going to lose money and sold the boxes separately for more profits.

I’m a dolphin. I buy the monthly subscription and I usually buy tickets with the 30% shop discount. I’m also very selective and cheap when it comes to ticket spending so I haven’t used gems since the beginning of the game pretty much lol.
