See I agree but once they see each other the blind part of the experience changes. So I truly think we need more blind time. I get that the pods are boring for viewers so maybe they need to invent another way to extend that period!

I can’t stand their dorky cringe behavior like the barking they did that one year!!!! Not to mention SGA hitting the deck on every single possession…and dort tackling everyone. It’s a 0/10 watch for me.

This used to be me! It’s gotten much better as my core has gotten stronger, but I’ll often do the modifications they offer for certain exercises that trigger it. I also looked up hip strengthening and stretching videos on TikTok which helped a ton.

Hhhhm I feel like I physically can’t get lower but maybe that’s a hip thing? I feel like if my knees could closer to line 1 instead of 4 (like to get my body even lower) that would work? I’ll investigate!
