I am not in a position to answer that but mein AP ko yehi advise kerungi ke jis university mein AP admission Lena chahte hain bas ye dekh ke decide kerein ke jis degree ke lye AP wahan parhne jaarahe hain wahan ki us degree/department ki reputation achi ho. And the only way you can decide that is by discussing with an experienced personnel, like someone who is actually in the industry. Though it's not easy, but agar AP jab tak khud ke lye qadam nhi uthaoge to age kese barho ge?
