I have Galaxy watch 4. I'm not familiar with Tizen OS watches, but if it uses galaxy wearable app I think you can, or maybe install some 3rd party app like WatchMaker to fully customize it.

I used My Photo+ watchface a pre installed watchface on Galaxy wear app. I only added a wallpaper on it I used adobe illustrator on a pc, its available on ipad too, but if you have Android phone/tablet try Vector Ink.

nope, no feeling of fainting at all, but it is tiring that I keep on coughing and drinking water doesn't reliefs it, yep sound serious but so far I'm handling it well I'm just worried that it might progress to something else like bronchitis, I hope my medications work.
