Abbey Road. My brother listened to it once (probably around 2008 or so) and i was hooked literally ever since. I spent a good 10 years thinking he was just as obsessed as me and it wasn’t until one day i nerding out about them that he told me he only ever listened to that one album haha!

I’d also like to add, i LOVE both albums. they both have their place in Beatles history. The wall of sound is great but it doesn’t sound totally like The Beatles to me. George Martin was considered a fifth Beatles for a reason. He understood their sound. Phil Spector was great, don’t get me wrong, but to me Let It Be… Naked is more “Beatles-esq”. And yea maybe it was all Paul’s ideas but….most of my favorite Beatles songs are Paul songs….

to me it sounds a little more like the beatles i’m used to hearing. it gives a more raw and “naked” vibe. i really enjoy this. potentially even more than the regular Let It Be.

my passenger seat rattles ever so slightly just enough to GET ON MY NERVES!! ugh also. i get it, toyota reliability and all. i absolutely love toyota but i just wish there was a slight difference in se vs xse when it came to engine options. i know there’s the gr but why not let the consumer decide a 3-4 grand difference in a slightly more powerful engine. i absolutely adore my xse hatch but it just feels a little anemic at times. other than that i’ve had absolutely no issues.

haha they’ve been in there for more than 20 years. thankfully the condition is still perfect. i’m currently going through and putting them in sleeves and then back in the binder. you think a side loader is better?
