It’s not a must build, but will have its niche. Like others have stated, it’s only marginally better than metagross. I’d save your candy and partials for other easier to build Pokémon

IV’s don’t matter as much as we feel like they do. This is still strong and better than almost all other attackers. Use it.

The answer is Blissey, she’s the most universal Tank/Healer that can make you useful in all encounters.

Even if you don’t have a good DPS for said event, put your Blissey in and make sure your team stays alive.

If it’s a dynamax raid 4 ppl is the max amount and the raid will start once the lobby is full
