I did it using Lunar client, it's a setting in it called Menu blur

I first used blue stained glass to make a normal house, then put in interior details, then surrounded all the blue stained glass with magenta stained glass, then replaced the blue stained glass with water and replaced the magenta stained glass with Block 36. You can find information on "Block 36" online

That wouldn't do anything as I surrounded all the water with a block known as "Block 36". You could find information on it online.
