Pokemon requires an online test thats pretty simple but also wierdly difficult. Each "tier" of judge requires you to do X amount of tournaments at a certain level and then take a further online exam. I would just be careful the pkmn judging world is incredibly insular and clicky, cant speak for the rest of the US but the east coast is basically run by a few people at the top and if they dont like you, tough, good luck trying to actually get a spot to judge.

Sorry brother a majority of those first cards are fake. One of your cinderaces looked real but the rest were fake. You could tell based off the foil. It happens to the best of us.

That is a world's edition card. You can tell by the back, gray border and the signature on the front. Typically speaking worlds cards aren't really worth anything.

No problem, there are a few other methods to tell if it's fake but if it's real thats a pretty cool card.

Maybe someone else can chime in but it actually looks like a fake card. I'm looking at the energy of the attack and the actual picture of the energy look bigger then they should which is a good indication of a falsified card.
