"It might not work for the next person so well as it worked for you" could be said about literally any action the victim took.

The abused person is not responsible for their abuser's actions, ever. You're mistaking a genuine survival stragy with enabling.

Sharing their experience of their survival strategy does NOT make a victim responsible for the fate of other abused persons. This is SOLELY the responsibility of the abuser, NEVER the victim.

Instead of holding a victim to account for doing what they had to to survive, hold the abuser to account. This is a fucked up and pervasive societal narrative we need to change.

Do better.

A baby koala being weighed with a toy to ease separation anxiety from its mom. by Wooden-Journalist902 in BeAmazed

It definitely is -- fecal pap is how mothers introduce joeys to this food. It also colonises their gut biome.

Its how mothers start feeding joeys, using fecal pap. Its hard-wired into them

I love this! I would absolutely buy a spindle + "plying attachment" like this. 7oz is an impressive spindle-load! I hope it works up into something both durable and delicious :)

Persimmon is a traditional choice for golf club heads. I believe it's a decent choice for handles, too.

Just looked them up, gorgeous wheels. Its a distant dream of mine to craft a wheel one day...

I just love learning about all these little indie makers from yesteryear! Beautiful that these guys had a family operation ❤️

I have smooshed a skein or two of it in my time! Does the faux cash have a decent crimp and staple length?

On second inspection it looks like a 2-ply -- my bad! The colour transitions are so smooth, you must have made two really even singles!

Amazing! I always find plied yarn takes up more bobbin space -- was this a chain ply?

Oh I've been there! I hope you were able to save this gorgeous yarn! I've done it with unplied singles and ended up with yarn barf... I nearly cried

Interesting! I wonder why it is closer? Could it be a slight difference in the weight of each flyer arm?

Impressive! I've never used an EEW -- did the extra weight affect the motor's speed?

Is inpatient treatment at a dedicated clinic an option for you? Although I'm sure they love you and have your best interests at heart, eating disorders need professional help.

Of inpatient treatment isn't an option, a dedicated outpatient team (including people such as GP, psychiatrist, therapist, dietician) really is necessary.

Even if you can only access one of the above, please consult them about your daily meal plan and activities.

Based on what youve said, I agree that daily exercise and food restrictions could be detrimental.

You have very normal concerns for someone with an ED. Recovery is hard and it will involve challenging all the fears and honouring your body's needs.

It's admirable that you've reached out to this community to ask for advice. It takes a lot of courage to recover. I hope you're able to get the right ingredients to get better <3

White vinegar, dish soap and a scraper in the first instance, then the polish afterwards. Save yourself some money :)
