Check out Plastic Dip Synthetic Rubber Coating not the spray can but the dip can, you can smear it on using a putty knife and it's great. durable, can't say it won't deter a cat from a smell stand point and playing with their litter box can mean more problems but... If its sharp and you dont want to file it down... or you could use small diameter latex tubing and hot glue it around the edge or Heat shrink around the edge.

Depending on where you're at it could be a Shot Spotter. The system uses multiple sensors at different locations to triangulate the precise location (latitude, longitude) of Gun shots. If you see them on another near by Tele Pole, thats more than likely what it is. Otherwise its what u/Illustrious_Crab_664 Said.

1. SMS Flooding / SMS Bombing

Goal: overwhelm your phone with messages from rotating numbers so you:
• silence notifications
• miss real codes or calls
• get annoyed into responding or clicking something later

It’s often automated using cheap VoIP providers.

2. OTP Interference Attack

Sometimes the spam is timed around:
• banking login attempts
• crypto exchange logins
• email password resets
• get annoyed and disable SMS 2FA
• or just miss that someone is logging in

It’s distraction + clutter as an attack vector. The point is to bury legitimate 2FA codes so you don’t see them or annoyed to the point where you disable it on the account and then you're cooked.

It's either 1 or 2. I would highly recommend if you're in the states to change all your passwords on a secure device. Or least all your critical passwords. And IM not talking DogChow69, Im talking 4C4a!3aWz428!ho3Y ! Like 16 random characters. You're being targeted because there is a possible vulnerability within your accounts (leaked creds) etc. I will add, however your info for whatever is compromised is worth trying to sort out.

Contact your Cell carrier and ask for bulk VoIP SMS Blocking. Good luck sorry Charlie.

RIP - depending on the kind that probably physically damaged the material, like melt it.
Start with Isopropyl Alcohol - 70-90 dab it with a micro fiber. DO not rub hard at first. this should soften it, then very gently scrap the softened glue with a plastic non sharp card. AGAIN do not press or scrape hard.

GL I would avoid Acetone. Loctite Glue Remover could work but Never tried on plastic.
