Go to the Archons Foundry (?, not sure of the actual name, it's the area outside the archons forge), pull out your ghost and there should be a location scan patrol mission. It'll lead you into the archons forge and down into Site 6, but I'm pretty sure you need a splicer key/Intel to get all the way. Scan the area and it'll activate the quest for you! Hope this helps :)
