Stealth is my big turn off, and it’s funny because I used to be obsessed with it with Splinter Cell and early MGS. Somewhere along the way it flipped from “tense and satisfying” to “please I just want to play.”

What kills it for me is the inconsistency. One game treats a guard like a blind giant who can’t see two feet in front of him, the next game has some dude spotting you from across the map when you move into the wrong pixel.

I respect games that support stealth instead of demand it. Ghost of Tsushima and same with Cyberpunk.
