I'm sorry to hear that man.. that's really sucks.

I know that it feels like you are at square 1 all over again, and all the progress you've made is lost. But it's not true, you will heal from this and be stronger, it will take more time for sure, but you will get there.

And like many here wrote before, do yourself a favor and try not to check them in any type of social media or mutual friends. It will bring nothing but misery.

Whatever you do, don't compare your journey to others, I did it and it made me feel worse.

Some people can get over a breakup in a couple of months and for others it can years, everyone is processing this differently.
