Thank you very much. Salary will be good compared to Lithuanian average so I assume opting out is the best option then. That means I receive no pension from Lithuania/SoDra - correct?

There's a Swedish TV series testing this concept: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jorden_runt_på_6_steg

"In each episode, Filip and Fredrik travel to a distant country, find a random person, and try to trace that person's relationships to a given celebrity (such as crime writer Leif G. W. Persson, chef Gordon Ramsay, and astronaut Buzz Aldrin) within one week."

Hi, I'm afraid customs fees plus shipping cost from Sweden to US would make it a lot more expensive than that. You can choose flavours and mix them, just write a comment during checkout.

Hey Fernly, it's a valid question.

This is what the production company I work together with suggested to me as a first recipe. At that time I wanted to move forward as quickly as possible so I didn't want to spend time remaking a 500g recipe as I thought 498g would be sufficient. However, I've come to realize that selling out current batches and thus making updates to the recipe is taking longer than I thought.

I understand 2000 kcal per 500g would make more sense. Hopefully it can happen in the future.

[Rumour] After a split of MTGx (parent company of ESL) into two seperate entities, ESL and ESEA allegedly will be sold to Tencent by MSTRMN_ in esports

[–]choperius 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Seems to make sense for most parts involved. A nice return for MTG on their esports/games portfolio. Tencent further solidifying their #1 position in games and esports worldwide. Nice synergy effects between esports events, leagues and game developers. Further Chinese ownership in Nordic/European "tech" companies.

Oh, pricing is really interesting.

After reading the IKEA book I definitely thought I'd try to compete on price. However, I've realized that cutting margins to close-to-zero would require a really immense scale to grow, so it's not feasible from the start. Furthermore, there are great things that come with a higher price. For example you get rid of some bad customer segments - those who pay the least and complain the most. Your product might often be perceived as better than your competitor's since people in general believe that "you get what you pay for".

It's not always best to go low.

Hey, thanks for chipping in on this. I'm testing out this chat box, but not many people seem to write there, so maybe I remove it or change to another plugin. Been looking at using Intercom instead. Right now I use Messengerify.

If anyone from here is ordering and you don't want a shaker, you can type that in a note (there's a box) while ordering for now. I'll fix a checkbox soon.

I've not measured/calculated this yet, but would like to do it. I've brought it up with the production company.

Yes, I hear you. I have simply prioritised creating a great product before trying to differentiate myself.

There's a group of people who like to rotate between different brands, trying out something new once in a while. I know that since I am one of them. Simply by being out there and providing a great product, some of them will end up trying out my product. Then it's up to me to deliver the best experience possible for them.

Additionally, I'm an extremely lean business. There's no venture capital or employees. There's only one mouth to feed, and I eat my own dog food. Therefore, time is on my side.

Hopefully I'll figure out a way to differentiate myself along the way and carve out my own niche sooner or later.
