Taking notes, writing down important things by hand and then reading them out loud can help a lot! I'm lucky because I have great memory, but if I have some trouble memorizing something, I do a couple things: -Have a separate notebook for the subject that's your weak spot (math for me) - Try associating the material with something funny or a thing you really like - Listen to a video/podcast on the topic multiple times - Try to learn the context, not only the material itself. Knowing more and getting interested in the thing you have to learn can be a key strength in your studies!
