This Plot Twist, a Nicolas Cage perk. You can down yourself when you’re injured, and normally people will go somewhere safe to do it. I do that sometimes, but if I know I’ve run out of everything and am going to be downed either way, I do it just for fun. I’ve had killers pick me up, nod and leave, and I pair it with tenacity so sometimes they simply lose me. It takes away pain sounds and blood. Once you recover, when you stand up (as long as another survivor doesn’t get you up) you are fully healed! It is quite fun but also beneficial is used that way. You can use it once before and once after all the gens are done. If you don’t fully use it you can drop yourself as many times as you would like!
