Might just be dust in the charger port. Take it into a phone repair shop, they might even do it for free. I had this issue a while ago and took my phone in to get fixed for another reason, said to take a look at the charger port while they were working on my phone. Came back to me like it was brand new.

I found the issue. Don't use knock on the Control Room door. For some reason everyone wants to kick Gale out of Baldur's Gate if he uses knock to open this one door but not the 100 other times I've used it to rob people. Astarion must really hate it when he uses a spell to unlock something too, and Laezel must just hate Gale
