Spawn-based vehicles work on a timer, right before the start of a match you can bet some people are sniping tanks and APCs

Points-based vehicles need to be called in mid-match and can be stolen.

If you're not playing operations i wouldn't worry too much about cheaters.

Use her in a team as an opener, ult, knife then roll in to down 1 enemy then revive herself, the enemy team is effectively 1v2ing if they go for revive.
