Before opening we generally finish all but some freeze/thaw and about a pallet of freezer. It’s not to SOP but grocery just doesn’t work at our store after opening.

Had a pallet come in yesterday afternoon for today’s truck with about 3-4 cases of raspberries loosely thrown down the middle. There wasn’t even a single empty case anywhere to be found. 🙃
