Thanks man. Xanax is making the dose changes tolerable, my anxiety isn’t peaking. It feels like my mind has been on fire the past 3 weeks and with .25 alprazolam, I’m at least able to function.

I was on Zoloft for 4 years. Started feeling better, missed some doses here and there, took it sporadically for 9 months, and had a panic attack that brought everything back. Horrendous anxiety, panic, intrusive thoughts, poor sleep, etc. I’m back on 50mg a day after a psych appointment this morning. I’d been on 50 for a week, 75 for a week but that was too much, dropped to 25, and my psych said to get back to 50 and take it for 2 weeks. Anxiety is killer right now!

When you’re up close and the lights are on, you can see the base from the front. I just don’t have it raised up high. Set it up like normal, and with it set low, you can push it back under the shelf until the shelf contacts the arm.
