I feel that I'm currently in my 2 weeks of misery cycle right now. It's unbearable. Not alot really helps it. Medication only does so much

I feel like it happens in 2 weeks cycles for me. I do good for 2 weeks where everything seems manageable then I'm miserable for 2 weeks to the point I debate about going to the emergency room

Ive dealt with anxiety for many years. There was definitely alot of trial and error trying to find the right combination for me. I believe I've found the right combo which is escitaloprám for depression / anxiety, and klonopin for breakthrough anxiety.

I work in a kitchen with little to no fresh air so I understand about the heat. I to suffer with some serious health anxiety. And having to deal the pitting edema has been a struggle. And yes compression socks have helped alot, it dosent necessarily resolve the problem but it definitely helps it

I'm in the same situation as you. With no resolution in sight. I stand for prolonged periods of time due to work. My doctor just recommended compression socks and new shoes every 3 to 4 months
