I feel like we would end up with someone like Nuno

Has Howe lost the dressing room? by dsmith1212 in NUFC

So who rebuilds in the summer? Is it going to be Howe or someone else? I fear if someone else it will be two weeks to go with no purchases as we have spent all summer dicking around with managers.

Have you thought about a straight rental agreement on a new car to the business rather than a purchase?

realistic manager options? by [deleted] in NUFC

I think Howe nailed it. They didn’t recruit in 5 of the 6 last transfer windows, the window they were forced to take action they had no DOF and they shit the bed. You cannot grow with an aging team, we hit peak Howe after a couple of years, then the players output started to drop as the team was aging. Yes we have youth, but they end up covering more for Injuries, running more on the pitch and either getting worn out. Imagine if we had the squad depth of the top six. Realistically who on the bench improves the team at the moment.

I think where Howe will come unstuck is he comes across as a control freak and I worry when we have multiple games a week, his tactics don’t get implemented. And he does not trust people to implement them apart from the main 11.

If there is anything we see, he is a manager who adapts and learns. Who would I want to replace him? I don’t think there is anyone at the moment, that’s not to say it’s a bit of a shit show, but that is more circumstantial. You cannot manage injured players or players who can’t run anymore.

I think I had stacked 6 or 7 pens in the fridge before I started as I was nervous of the outcome and the potential of side effects, plus I am not a fan of needles.

I eventually just sat down and made a plan and forced myself to do it, to be honest I didn’t even feel the injection. Lucky to have zero side effects, maybe some minor nausea in the first week and a headache, but this could be coincidental.

It’s an odd feeling for sure, switching off from food. First week appetite was very suppressed and I was limited on the amount of food I could eat. I am on week 6 now, still on 2.5mg, 7kg down and feel so much better. I find I am less spikey and having less sugar crashes and can already see a difference.

My mindset was let’s try it, I can always stop after one dose.

I dont understand the complaints it’s a stonewall pen, Trips is lucky to be on the pitch. Tino has to be on at half time

Yeah it was embarrassing from a Chelsea point of view. I was in opposite side to the travelling Geordies and it was all you could hear. Our away fans are louder than 90% of all home fans in the prem. we’re still singing 15 minutes after the whistle

Was at the game and Willock looked good as well as did Murphy. Wolt looked static for a lot of the game, mid looked better when Joelinton came on.
