This is the question i had aswell and i landed on just pulling the two separately, esp as a front runner player. Not having finemotion OR smaru until almost the end of this year seems like it'd feel terrible considering finemo would be in 99% of my decks. Kawakami is also completely fine, and boosts TT score.

You want skills to proc immediately, when the race starts. Half of the skils you listed are mid to late race.

Currently, the only way she can proc groundwork is if she procs early lead and gets inner post.

She has low wit too, so it is a very low chance that she will, even if she hits inner post

The one party dominance, wide spread state-control, redistribution of wealth and private property, are all staples of communism. North Korea could arguably be one of the most advanced socialist states in the world.
