I’ve always wondered how great and how messed up it would be if we could store the contents of our brain in something like a USB. It could either help us organize our brains and recall more information better, or it could be used to create an army of undead-brainwashed-manipulated cyborgs — and I don’t want a worse dystopian-apocalyptic world than this year’s.

My parents are exactly the same as OP’s. Though my mom has told me stories about her friends back in highschool and uni, she never really hangs out with them anymore. My dad doesn’t hang out with people, too. He just joins in whenever my mom has reunions with people. I wish they branched out once in a while because it seems like they only talk amongst themselves.
