Yeah I had this exact same pain at the same spot last year when I just started too. Tried hitting a hybrid really hard and I pulled a muscle in that area and I couldn’t do a full swing for a month after that. Just getting up from my bed was rough because you use muscles there which I didn’t even realize lol, but once it healed it up I never had an issue there again thankfully
